Corporate & Nonprofit Photography in St. Louis

I've sat on your side of this. I know what the annual report actually needs.

I spend my working life in operations at a large nonprofit, which means I've commissioned this kind of photography as often as I've shot it. I know the gala needs a usable wide of the room before the lights go down, that the board wants faces they recognize, that the grant report needs people doing the work rather than posing beside it, and that somebody will ask for a horizontal crop with space for a headline in it.

So I shoot for the deliverable, not just for the day. Tell me where the pictures are going — annual report, website refresh, press release, donor deck — and I'll build the shot list backwards from that.

The work itself stays documentary. Conferences, galas, volunteer days, staff portraits, facilities and process shots. Quiet in the room, thorough on the coverage.

Pricing

Half-day — 4 hours, minimum 150 edited images. $900.

Full day — minimum 500 edited images. $2,500.

Headshot station, added to either day — six people minimum, 2 edited images each. $125 per person.

The headshot station runs alongside the day's coverage — usually the most efficient way to photograph a whole team at once, and the easiest line item to get approved.

Tell me what the photos are for and I'll tell you what coverage you actually need.
